根据《中国政府奖学金工作管理办法》、《中国政府奖学金年度评审办法》和《立即博备用网址_立即博赌场-游戏平台中国政府奖学金年度评审细则（试行）》要求，下一学年继续在校学习的中国政府奖学金生，必须参加奖学金年度评审。无故不参加奖学金年度评审者，将被取消奖学金资格。现将年度评审相关事项通知如下：

According to the provisions of CSC scholarship as well as Chengdu University of TCM international students scholarship management, CSC students who will continue their studies in the next academic year are required to participate in the annual review, so as to proof that the student is still qualified to receive the scholarship. Those who fail to participate in the annual review without valid reasons will be disqualified from receiving the scholarship.

一、评审对象Participants

1. 2025年9月之后拟继续享受中国政府奖学金的学生须参评；Students intend to continue receiving the Chinese Government Scholarship after September 2025.

2. 无法按原计划于2025年7月毕业，拟申请奖学金延期的学生须参评；Students who are unable to graduate in July 2025 as planned and intend to apply for scholarship extension.

3. 2024年奖学金评审不合格被中止奖学金资格拟申请恢复奖学金的学生须参评。Students whose scholarships were suspended due to failing the 2024 annual review and intend to apply for reinstatement.

二、评审办法Assessment Methods

1. 奖学金年度评审实行量化考核，总分100分。道德品行占30%，学习成绩占30%，学习/科研态度占20%，活动表现占20%。具体办法详见《立即博备用网址_立即博赌场-游戏平台中国政府奖学金年度评审实施办法及细则（试行）》（附件1）。The annual review adopts a quantitative scoring system, with a total score of 100 points. Moral conduct accounts for 30%, academic performance accounts for 30%, learning/scientific research attitude accounts for 20%, and activity performance accounts for 20%. For detailed procedures, please refer to Chengdu University of TCM Implementation Rules and Detailed Guidelines for CSC Annual Review (Trial) (Appendix 1).

2. 奖学金年度评审结果分为合格、不合格。The annual review results of the scholarship are divided into qualified and unqualified.

三、年度评审程序Procedure

年度评审包括学生自评、导师/辅导员意见、学校填写意见及公示等环节。The annual review process includes students' self-assessment, evaluations by tutors/counselors, institutional review and public announcement of results.

1. 学生自评：奖学金生进入中国政府奖学金系统，进行自评，后附成绩单、获奖证书等支撑材料。奖学金生需在4月25日前在系统中完成自评工作。Student self-assessment: Scholarship students log into CSC system and conduct self-assessment, with transcripts, award certificates and other supporting materials attached. Scholarship students should complete the self-assessment work in the system before April 25.

2. 导师/辅导员意见：奖学金生所在专业学院的导师/辅导员对学生成绩及所获学分情况、学习态度、考勤情况、行为表现和奖惩情况出具评审意见并签字。专业学院老师需在4月30日前将评审意见报送国际教育学院。Tutor/counselor scoring: The tutor/counselor of the professional college where the scholarship students belong will log into the system to score the students' achievements, credits, learning attitude, attendance, behavior and rewards and punishments. Tutor/counselor should complete the scoring work before April 30.

3. 学校对奖学金生进行综合评价，提出“合格”或“不合格”的评审意见，将评审意见提交至我校中国政府奖学金评审领导小组进行审批，审批通过后将结果进行公示，并将评审情况报告等报送国家留学基金委审批。The university makes a comprehensive assessment for scholarship students, puts forward "qualified" or "unqualified" opinions, submit the evaluation opinions to the Chinese government scholarship evaluation leading group for approval，and after 5 working days of publicity, submits the annual review report to the China Scholarship Council for approval.

四、博士生延期申请Scholarship Extension for Doctoral Student

申请中国政府奖学金延期的博士生需在奖学金年度评审完成之后，进入系统完成延期申请。申请流程包括学生申请、导师意见、学校评审等环节。Doctoral students applying for scholarship extension are required to enter the system to complete the extension application after the annual review. The process includes student application, tutor review and university approval and so on.

1. 学生申请：博士生进入系统进行延期申请（可申请半年或一年），并如实填写开题、中期完成情况。博士生需在5月8日前在系统中完成申请工作。Student application: Doctoral students log into the CSC system to apply for an extension (either six months or one year) and truthfully fill in the completion status of their proposal defense and mid-term review. It should be completed before May 8.

2. 导师意见：博士生导师对学生的延期申请进行审核，出具审核意见并签字。导师需在5月15日前将评审意见报送国际教育学院。Tutor's review: The tutor should review the doctoral students' extension application, and fill in the opinions before May 15.

3. 学校对博士生延期申请的填写情况进行综合评审，提出“批准”或“不批准”的审核意见并报送国家留学基金委审批。The university makes a comprehensive assessment for scholarship extension, puts forward "approval" or "disapproval" opinions, and submit the evaluation opinions to the China Scholarship Council for approval.
